Ardor Projects completed the fit-out for Hello Chicken’s Docklands location, delivering a clean, efficient space built for high-volume service.

Located within Melbourne Quarter on Collins Street, the project utilised the base building structure while introducing Hello Chicken’s bold brand identity through colour and signage.

The layout was designed for speed and simplicity, supporting clear customer flow and efficient back-of-house operations. The front counter and display areas enable fast service, with integrated menu boards and well-positioned equipment.

Durable, low-maintenance materials — including tiled finishes, laminate joinery, and hard-wearing flooring — were selected to suit the demands of a high-traffic environment. Compact seating maximises the footprint while maintaining a functional dine-in option.

The result is a practical, well-executed fit-out that supports day-to-day operations and delivers a strong presence within the Docklands precinct.
