Ardor Projects was engaged to deliver the complete commercial fitout for Sushi & Nori, located within the vibrant Melbourne Quarter on Collins Street in Docklands.

The project involved the construction of a modern sushi venue designed to integrate seamlessly within the Melbourne Quarter precinct. The fitout combines natural timber finishes, custom joinery and feature tiling to create a clean, contemporary space that reflects the brand’s fresh and high-quality food offering.

Ardor Projects worked closely with the client and design team to deliver a functional and visually striking venue that supports efficient service while providing an inviting environment for customers.
